Bolick Slaps Spellings, Again, About Missed NCLB Transfer Enforcement

That Clint Bolick guy sure seems to get himself a lot of space this past few months to make essentially the same case over and over (Four Million Children Left Behind). The thing is, NCLB transfer issues are and will be a big part of the coming voucher debate, and equitable access to school choice is inarguably a civil rights issue. Today's venue is the WSJ opinion page, where Bolick points out that few LAUSD kids are transferring uncder NCLB, that Soapy Spellings (mysteriously, to my view) announced and then ignored an August 15th deadline for a better California transfer plan, and that the mainstream media is ignoring the story .
