Suppressing Testing Critics Doesn't Work

Suppressing ideas is no way to convince anyone that educational accountability -- or anything else -- is the way to go, and hopefully the Mass. DOE has learned its lesson now that the state supreme court has chastised it for banning testing opponent Alfie Kohn from speaking at a DOE-sponsored event (A victory for education Boston Globe).
