WSJ Questions Secty Spellings' Peformance

I am pleased to see that the WSJ has joined me in pointing out the exemption-prone nature of Secretary Spellings, though somewhat discomfited by the company:

"Ms. Spellings's generosity with these exemptions is leaving schools to their own worst devices. And it is hurting the system's most vulnerable children."
