What to Wear to Your 2nd SOTU As A Cabinet Member? Pink.

From the looks of it, Secty Spellings decided to wear her lucky pink confirmation hearing outfit to her second SOTU as a cabinet member -- with her favorite brooch, as usual. As you can see, we're talking bubble-gum pink here, not some pale bunny pink like she wears sometimes -- or that risky orange outfit.

I know I've called her nasty things like an Oprah-esque flip-flopper and questionable success in her first year in office, but I thought it was a fresh, bold fashion move -- especially in contrast to all the reds and occasional lavenders in the crowd. Plus which, it seemed like she took the time to put in her contacts, which I think is only appropriate.
