Where's the College Quality Lobby?

Today's Inside Higher Ed profiles recent efforts on behalf of students to increase student aid (A New Lobbying Year Begins). What a shame no one besides the Miller commission is really out there lobbying for better college results: graduation rates, increased learning, literacy.
