Still Time For Teacher Equity?

With the focus turning slowly from teacher quality to teacher equity, the Ed Trust report on state plans to document and ameliorate inequitabilities in the distribution of teachers within states and districts came out on Thursday. "The report contends that states handed in vastly incomplete data, weak strategies for fixing inequities across schools, and goals so vague they can't be measured," says this story from the LA Times (Few States Meet School Equity Rules)
